Our Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

We can only accept returns or exchanges on non-plant items such as:
- Gardening tools (if offered)
- Pots and planters (if offered)
- Decorative garden items (if offered)
- Other non-living accessories

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Wait for Authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a damaged non-plant product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Timeline and Method
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
