At Bulb Garden Store, we take as much care in packaging your Dahlia Tubers and Blueberry Plants as we do in ensuring your complete satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we’re here to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.

Our Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please Note: Due to the perishable nature of living plants and bulbs, ALL PLANTS, BULBS, AND TUBERS ARE FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes but is not limited to: Apple Trees, Pear Trees, Begonia Tubers, Blueberry Plants, Citrus Trees, Crocus Bulbs, Daffodil Bulbs, Dahlia Tubers, Dwarf Fruit Trees, Exotic Plants, Flower Bulbs, Fruit Plants and Bushes, Fruit Trees, Herbaceous Border Plants, Lily Bulbs, Other Berry Plants, Other Flower Bulbs, Other Fruit Plants, Patio Plants, and Stone Fruit Trees.

Eligible Items for Return

We can only accept returns or exchanges on non-plant items such as:

  • Gardening tools (if offered)
  • Pots and planters (if offered)
  • Decorative garden items (if offered)
  • Other non-living accessories

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Once authorized, securely package the item and ship it to our address at:

  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a damaged non-plant product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Timeline and Method

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged non-plant item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect item and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label if needed.
