We take great care in preparing your order for shipment. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship globally, excluding Asia and a few remote regions. We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Flat Rate: $12.95
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance and local postal services.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the unique nature of our products, we have a specific returns policy.
Eligible Items for Return
We can only accept returns or exchanges on non-plant, non-perishable items such as:

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a damaged non-plant product). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee we will receive it.
Refund Timeline & Method
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For approved exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged non-plant item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will quickly arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label if necessary.
