Order Process:

• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed
• We process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation

We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote regions. Please note:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance and local postal services
• We are not responsible for delays beyond our control
• You are responsible for any import taxes or customs duties in your country

Important Notice on Perishable Goods:

Due to their highly perishable nature, ALL PLANTS, BULBS, AND TUBERS ARE FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy ensures the health and viability of our living products, as we cannot resell or replant returned items.

Eligible Returns:

We accept returns within 15 days of receipt only for non-plant, non-perishable items such as:

• Gardening tools (when offered)
• Pots and planters (when offered)
• Decorative garden items (when offered)
• Other non-living accessories

Return Process:

• Provide your order number and reason for return
• Wait for authorization and return instructions from our team

Return Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement

• Plants that fail to grow or thrive due to conditions beyond our control
• Delivery delays caused by customs, weather, or other external factors
• Incorrect planting or care after delivery
